RayOne EMV’s truly non-diffractive optic utilizes controlled positive spherical aberration (+SA) to slightly extend range of focus whilst avoiding common problems of diffractive IOLs.
Non diffractive optic – provides monofocal levels of contrast sensitivity and dysphotopsia.
+SA technology gradually spreads light along the visual axis elongating the focal range. Extends vision ~1.5 D with an emmetropic target.
Better contrast sensitivity and less glare compared to diffractive IOLs and higher patient satisfaction.
